Meet The Team
Hicham Atia
Managing Director
Hicham Atia founded Archi-Tech London in 2017 after graduating from the University of Westminster in Architectural Technology BSc. He has run the practice successfully for the past three years with a strong passion to focus on delivering high end residential and commercial projects at affordable prices.
Hicham combines his extensive commercial experiences across Architecture, Technology, Government and Sales to help deliver real, insightful design solutions to our clients. Archi-Tech takes pride in delivering high quality and innovative new build, extension, conversion and refurbishment projects.
From a young age, he had always been fascinated by the construction and intricacies of buildings and loves being creative. Hicham dedicates himself to each and every client and ensures client satisfaction is maintained at the core of what we do.
Amran Raja
Project Manager
Amran holds exceptional engagement, design and project management skills and has an enthusiasm that is unrivalled. He is a consummate professional who has demonstrated throughout his career that he is not only tenacious and diligent in all his encounters, but truly wants the best possible results for all clients.
Amran is our leading Project Manager and seeks to maximise efficiency through better space planning and design concepts to increase productivity and minimise wastage in terms of agility, productivity and life cycle analysis. He has worked across the globe, delivering real design solutions for both personal and FTSE 100 commercial clients.
Patricia Brito
Interior Designer
Patricia Brito, British designer, born in Rio in 1985 and a globally established designer with experience in over 10 countries. She has made her mark by fusing original art, interior design and home furnishing into a complete and modern approach to lifestyles.
Her warm design concept allows her to create environments reflective of elegant themes, whilst expressing the lifestyle and needs of the client. Offering a highly personalised, bespoke service, tailoring her process to meet each of our clients' needs, delivering a full interior architecture, furniture design and turn-key styling service from concept through to completion. She ensures each client project combines a detail driven meticulous approach with signature elegance and modernism.
She also is a specialist in decorating, redesign of spaces and real estate staging. At Archi-Tech, we will work together to ensure we meet your creativity and vision through our design, planning, purchasing and installation solutions. Our role is to actively listen and understand your design preferences in your home and to make sure that is delivered sustainably, efficiently and professionally.
Janice Nixton
Architectural Assistant
Janice joined us in 2018 having graduated in BSc Architectural Technology. Janice has become a key team member, with a talent for design and a strong eye for detail.
She has over two years of commercial Architecture experience spanning across luxury retail, new build and communal charity projects across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Janice shows real talent and assist with all technical and logistical aspects of our client deliveries.She is a keen traveler and her exposure to several markets and cultures refuels her creativity and design skills.
Claire Mury
Planning Consultant
Claire joined the firm in 2020 as a Planning Consultant as a result of the rapid growth in business demands.
Her goal is to ensure that all our client's projects have a smooth delivered journey on gaining planning permission. She closely monitors the design stage to maintain the relationship of local authorities policies with the proposed designs and provides risk assessments for design options.
Upon completion of her Building Surveying degree from Westminister University, Claire developed a deeper admiration for all things design, construction and sustainability.
